The death of Warren Heil, Jr. has caused a change in our laity delegation for General Conference 2019.
When a delegate is unable to serve, delegates elected after that delegate move up one position. Therefore, the revised list of lay delegates is as follows: Lisa Bender, Milton Loyer, Layne Miller, Anne Horton, and Kirby Hickey. The two reserve delegates are now Paul Ilyes and Toni Oplinger.
